About Zahor

Dr. Talib S Zahor Talib an experienced Tax Expert. He holds a PhD in Taxation from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and MSc. Corporate Finance from the same University. He also holds advanced diploma in Tax Management and Postgraduate diploma in Financial Management from the Institute of Finance Management. His expertise focuses on Domestic taxes . Dr. Zahor was awarded a PhD degree after pursuing successfully a comprehensive research on the legal position of Tanzanian Taxpayers. Currently, since 2005 he has been working at the Institute of Finance Management at the Tax Management department as Lecturer. He teaches and researches on tax-related subjects such as income taxation, tax administration, Tax appeal procedures, and Tax analysis.
