About Mandari

Herman Mandari holds PhD in Information System from UTAR, Malaysia (2018). He obtained his Master’s degree in Web Technology from Southampton University, UK (2008) and his Bachelor’s degree (Hons) of Science with Computer Science from the University of Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania (2006). He is currently saving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computing and Mathematics. Mandari also is currently saving as Director of Information and Communication Technology at The Institute of Finance Management.. He has research interest in technology acceptance focus more on mobile government, mobile banking; web technology issues focusing more on accessibility and web programming technologies. Read More
